Camp Invention
July 5-9, 2010
Rising first- through sixth-graders
Camp Invention promotes a passion for learning
science with exciting hands-on activities,
and focuses on making learning FUN.

Computer Highly Interactive Program (C.H.I.P.)
July 18-22, 2010
Rising high school junior and seniors
Enjoy “hands-on” computing projects and digital technologies in a variety of fields, such as
computer science, computer engineering, and
information science and technology.

EcoCAR Summer Camp *

This week-long residential camp will give you the opportunity to experience the new Plug-in Hydrogen EcoCARs, with labs, modeling, design contests and more.

Explosives Camp *

Jackling Introduction to Engineering
June 20-24, June 27-July 1 & July 11-15, 2010
Rising high school juniors and seniors
Find out first-hand what engineers actually do.
This “intro” course will help you understand how mathematics and sciences relate to engineering.

Materials Camp *
July 25-30, 2010
Rising high school juniors and seniors
Learn about material science and engineering
through group projects, visits to labs and local
industries, guest presentations and a design-build
contest.

Minority Introduction to Technology & Engineering (MITE) *
June 6-11 & June 20-25, 2010
Rising high school juniors and seniors
Learn about science and engineering, as well as
career opportunities in these fields.

Missouri Academy for Youth Advancement (MAYA) *
July 5-31, 2010
Rising 8th- through 12th-grade students
Earn advanced high school credits while you learn
in an accelerated and immersed academic
environment during this month-long summer
institute.

Nuclear Engineering Camp
July 11-16, 2010
Rising high school juniors and seniors
This one-week program introduces you to the
fascinating world of nuclear power and the
outstanding opportunities in this field.

Robotics Camp
June 10-12 & June 14-16, 2010
Ages 11-15 by Jan. 1, 2010
Learn the basic principles of robotics in this
hands-on program.
