About the course

If you are interested in nuclear engineering, this one-week summer program will introduce you to the fascinating world of nuclear power and the outstanding opportunities in this field.

Eligibility

High School Juniors, Seniors and College Freshman (as of Fall 2008).  Enrollment is limited to 30 students per session - apply early to ensure acceptance. Minority students are encouraged to apply.

Fees & Registration

$500

Registration fee of $500 is required.  Please apply by June 15, 2008.
The fee includes room and board and materials.

Each camper must provide his/her own transportation to and from Rolla.

Check-in is from 4-6 p.m. on July 13 and July 20, 2008.

Cancellation Policy

The university reserves the right to cancel its programs in the event of insufficient registrations, severe weather, or natural disaster. In the event of program cancellation, registrants will be notified immediately and all fees will be returned in full. Persons wishing to cancel their registration must do so one week (7 days) prior to the first day of their chosen session. No refunds will be made after this date.
