Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for senior staff in a consulting/design firm, including:

Firm Principals · Department Managers · Firm Directors  Project Managers · Firm Executives · Engineers · Architects

This is an intense, 2-hour course designed to increase the sales hit rate for professional services firms. The short course will cover how to increase win-rate in the professional services area in these difficult times, the effects of relationships and sales, some secrets to winning more work for your marketing dollar and real-life case studies. This course is presented by the Engineering Education Center of Missouri University of Science and Technology. Missouri S&T will award two professional development hours to participants who complete the course.

Cancellation Policy
Missouri University of Science and Technology reserves the right to cancel its programs in the event of insufficient registrations, instructor illness, severe weather, or natural disaster. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified immediately and all registration fees will be refunded in full. Persons wishing to cancel their registrations must do so seven business days prior to the start of the course.  Refunds will not be made after those dates.
