Comp Eng 5210: Introduction To VLSI Design
An introduction to the design and analysis of digital integrated circuits (ICs). Topics include basic manufacturing techniques, transistor-level design and analysis of logic and memory circuits, logic timing, and parasitics. Computer aided design tools are used to develop circuits in the lab.
